Our Pacific Development home is beautiful. The floor plan suits our family of five with three children under the age of six. The attention to detail and finish work helps so much in our adjustment to moving here from Oregon. We love the house and the neighborhood.

This is my second Pacific Development home. When I decided to move from the Riderwood Village Condo project into a house, there was never anyone else that I considered to build my home. It is beautiful and personalized to my taste and specifications.
