Company History
The Otto Belvedere Family 2007 The Belvedere family was started in San Diego in 1959 when Mary and Otto were married. After John, Gracemarie and Susan were born and raised, the patriarch and only son relocated to Utah to begin a new adventure in land development and residential construction in the land of the Mormons known affectionately as "Happy Valley". Many projects later, Pacific Development had become a company well known for development and construction on the "West Side" of Provo, especially west of Geneva Road. Building good quality homes at a brisk pace has become the benchmark of Pacific Development. Although Otto has officially reached the age of retirement, he continues to enjoy the purchase and development of land in and around Provo. John, the general contractor for the company, has a reputation among the subcontractors and building inspection departments that he works with of being an efficient, organized builder that values quality workmanship, responsive attention to detail and a great working relationship with all his contacts.

Awesome day today. (June 17, 2008). I (John) was allowed to be a part of an air refueling mission in a Air Force C-135 with the 151st Air Refueling Wing. We refueled Navy F-18 Hornets. There was 2 C-135's involved. This was my second trip with the Utah Air National Guard. Today was an incredible experience.
